Aawhan Samuha welcomes 300 SLC graduates felicitated with Aawhan SLC Award to join the organization amid a "Aawhan Interaction Program" on bhadra 5, 2066.90 awarded SLC graduates participated the interaction program.

In the interaction program, 4 medical doctors representing from AH Health Clinic,Chabahil shared the facts related to Swine Flu with the students. Dr. Kunjan Koilala and Dr.Sudhir explained the prevention measures against the Swine Flu.

Nepali women celebrated Teej with great enthusiasm. Whole Pashupati area and place around were covered with red color cloths.

12 meritious and deserving SLC Graduates felicited in Aawhan SLC Award 2066 receive the free scholarships in different +2 colleges of Kathmandu. Aawhan Samuha initiated the movement of awarding  free scholrsips to the deserving and economically weak students.  With an aim to lessen the financial burden to the needy and deserving SLC graduates of ward no 7 Kathmandu, Aawhan Samuha approached to various colleges and appealed to award  free scholarships. 10 students enroll in St.Lawarence College under full Aawhan free scholarship program.

This year marks the 20 glorious years of Aawhan Samuha, which has been working actively in the field of art, literature and social work within the vicinity of chabahil and beyond. Aawhan members celebrated the 20th anniversary with a cake and whole lot of fun!

AH Health Clinic, Chabahil is running a free health check-up campaign from Shrawan 15 to Bhadra 15. Every evening from 4 to 7, the experienced volunteer doctors examine the patients. More than 100 patients have already visited the clinic. The clinic is expecting around 1000 patients in a month. AH offers pathology services for nominial costs.

With an aim to render health services for nominal costs, AH Health Clinic is in operation from 2066 Jesta 1. Aawahan Samuha and Help Nepal Network jointly run the clinic and is supported by the Bishnu Bijaya Pratisthan, chabahil.

With the continuity to the tradition of falicitating students of Chabahil Ward No. 7 passing SLC in first division since last 16 years, Aawhan Samuha organized Aawhan SLC Awards 2066. Renowned physician and social worker Dr. Gauri Shankar Lal Das was the chief guest. Aawhan Samuha's president Rama Nath Shrestha chaired the event.

The management team led by Mr. Rajendra Shrestha have decided to lunch officially the "A-H Health Clinic" from Friday, 24th of April.
